The workshops, delivered by Pioneer Group, are suitable for anyone wishing to learn more about commercialisation and best practice tools and techniques to explore your own health, wellbeing or life science start-up.

Each session will focus on:

• Thursday 2^nd February: Introduction to Lean Start-up – During this session you will look at your potential customer landscape to identify their wants, needs and pain points. You will then test the commercial viability of your idea by using the processes and methodologies of ‘lean start-up’.
• Thursday 9^th February: Business Model Innovation – Building on the introductory session on customer needs, you will now learn how to use the Business Model Canvas to develop and plan a sound business model to help you deliver your innovation at pace and scale.
• Thursday 23^rd February: Telling the Story – Having developed your value proposition and business model, you will now learn how to communicate your business proposition effectively to investors and other key stakeholders.

Networking Event

Following the final session, we will be hosting a networking event with an invited audience from the healthcare industry at Arise Harlow from 3pm – 5pm, we hope you can join us.
