Following the Founder’s Circle in Galway, AJ and Adam will be offering a limited number of 1:1 pitch clinic sessions. This is an opportunity for early-stage founders to run through their pitch in a focused setting and get direct, practical feedback on both the strength of the narrative and the underlying value proposition.

Each session includes:

• 10 minutes to deliver your pitch
• 15 minutes of feedback and discussion

We’ll share brief guidance in advance, but founders should come prepared with a clear and well-defined value proposition.

Who you’ll be meeting

Ayokunmi (AJ) Ajetunmobi
AJ leads the Ventures arm at Pioneer Group, supporting founders to build, fund, and scale life science companies. His team has supported ventures raising over £500m to date. He brings deep experience across venture building, fundraising, and translational science, and sits on a number of national funding panels including NIHR and Innovate UK.

Adam Hardy
Adam is Accelerator Programme Director at Pioneer Group, working closely with early-stage founders to de-risk ideas and build investable companies. With a background in paediatric surgery and experience through the BioInnovate programme, he brings a strong clinical and commercial lens to early-stage innovation.
