A number of different teams at Southern Housing are based at B800 in the Kent Science Park. This includes the Customer contact centre, Technology, Communications, People team, Policy, Procurement, Health & Safety, Governance, Asset Services, Development, Resident Involvement, Asset Management and Facilities Management.

Southern Housing formed in December 2022 following the merger of Optivo and Southern Housing Group.
