Car Parking

KSP has parking facilities for tenants throughout the park as well as visitor car parks both at the gatehouse, and on the Park itself.

By Rail

Direct trains to Sittingbourne every 30 mins from each of these London hubs:

  • London Stratford International – 51 minutes journey time
  • London St Pancras International – 58 minutes journey time
  • London Victoria – 61 minutes journey time

We are 40 minutes from Eurostar links at Ebbsfleet international.

We operate a shuttle bus between Sittingbourne station and KSP, for tenants and expected visitors, with a journey time of 10 minutes.

By Road

  1. Coming from London on the M2 take J5 then the first exit (A249).
  2. Exit onto the slip road to Sittingbourne.
  3. At the roundabout, take the fourth exit onto Key Street / London Road (A2)
  4. Continue along the A2. Follow one-way system left onto St Michaels Road (A2).
  5. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Bell Road.
  6. At the mini roundabout, turn left onto Woodstock Road (B2163).
  7. Continue onto Ruins Barn Road and then turn left onto Broadoak Road towards KSP.

Situated 5-minutes drive from Sittingbourne rail station and an 8-minute drive from Elmley Nature Reserve, this is a classic Premier Inn establishment with free WiFi, on site parking and a Brewers Fayre pub with a wide range of dining choices.
