After the success of last year’s Family Day, we’re excited to welcome you all back, along with your little ones, to see where you work and get a glimpse into what you do.

From 3:30 PM onwards, we’ll be hosting a relaxed afternoon of hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity and make STEM feel fun and accessible. While we’re marking Earth Day, not all of the experiments are Earth-themed, just plenty of engaging, interactive activities for kids to explore, learn, and enjoy.

There’ll be nibbles for both kids and grown-ups, and lots of opportunities to get involved, ask questions, and (most importantly) have a bit of fun along the way.

If you’d like to run a station, we’d love to have you involved. Do let us know. We’re happy to help you come up with something simple and engaging, and can support you in designing an activity that can be run outside of the lab if you’d prefer.

Please RSVP to let us know if you (and/or your team) would like to host a station, or if you’re planning to bring along kids, siblings, nieces or nephews or even any grown ups in your family. This will help us make sure we’re set up with the right activities and enough snacks for everyone.
