About the speaker

Jeremy Pang comes from three generations of Chinese chefs and is the founder of the award-winning School of Wok, established in 2012 in Covent Garden. Jeremy’s infectious passion for Asian cuisine has made him a familiar face on shows such as:

• This Morning (ITV)
• Ready, Steady, Cook (BBC1)

In March 2025, Jeremy’s latest TV show, Jeremy Pang’s Hong Kong Kitchen, will debut on ITV and ITVX, showcasing authentic flavours and culinary traditions.

Beyond TV, Jeremy is the founder of Curious Crab Productions, a boutique film production company helping food, drink, and travel brands tell their stories through impactful video content.
