About the speaker

Dominique Woolf is the founder of Woolf’s Kitchen, a brand renowned for its flavour-packed chilli oils, sauces, and pastes. Trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine, Dominique combines her Thai roots with her passion for bold flavours, creating products that have earned her multiple awards.

Dominique is a Sunday Times No. 1 Bestselling Author, with her first book, Dominique’s Kitchen, topping the charts. Her second book, The Asian Pantry, published in June 2024, delves deeper into Asian-inspired dishes.

In this session, Dominique will share her journey from food writer to entrepreneur, her experiences as a home cook for her family, and how she built Woolf’s Kitchen into a nationally recognised brand.
