Our in-house marketing team delivers the marketing strategy to effectively promote the brand and our spaces, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. We aim to improve the experience for the companies based at our locations.

The Role

As Marketing Assistant, you will hold a key role in supporting the whole marketing team to deliver the Pioneer marketing strategy.

 You’ll be involved in all aspects of our marketing activities, helping to deliver projects and campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.

You’ll be working with a wide range of stakeholders from around the business, including the site teams, agencies and other service providers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Across all disciplines and platforms, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Support in the delivery of relevant and effective multi-channel marketing and communications activity for Pioneer Group.
  • Support the publication of written and visual content (blogs, articles, newsletters, press releases, videos).
  • Assist with the production of a range of marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, reports, CGIs etc.
  • Manage the marketing inboxes
  • Maintain website content, landing pages, forms and events.
  • Support in the management of our in-house Extranet system (HQ)
  • Review email campaigns created by site teams by proofreading, link-checking and upholding brand guidelines.
  • Handle data sets and segment data for targeted communications.
  • Community communications – keep our customers and stakeholders informed of our plans, ambitions and successes.
  • Maintain templates and improvements on marketing SaaS platforms.
  • Identify and share relevant information for Pioneer-based companies across digital channels and platforms.
  • Support the promotion of events.
  • Update external stakeholder digital platforms.
  • Take part in daily engagement across social platforms.
  • Review and report on marketing activity to ensure return on investment.
  • Support the rollout of the new CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Pioneer Group, supporting the brand’s growth, awareness and equity.

Your Experience:

We’d love to hear from you if you’re absolutely passionate about marketing and have the below experience;

  • You’ll have at least 2 years of previous experience working as part of a marketing team.
  • You’ll hold a marketing qualification (such as a degree or CIM).
  • You’ll have experience using the following:
    • MailChimp (or similar email marketing platform)
    • Wordpress (or similar CMS system)
    • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel etc.)
    • Canva
    • HubSpot (not essential but beneficial)
