This week we joined forces with Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) for an event that was as innovative as it was inspiring. This wasn’t just another agenda of lectures; it was a collision of creativity, science and enthusiasm.
CCCU is a hub for students and professionals interested in biomedical science, environmental science, psychology and sport science. The university is involved in scientific research in health and wellbeing, environmental science and sustainable technologies and promotes STEM education.
This was the first of a series of regular events between CCCU and Kent Science Park creating a mutually beneficial partnership leading to collaborative projects, consulting opportunities and a strong ecosystem.
Partnering with CCCU demonstrates our commitment to innovation and providing access to graduates, cutting edge research facilities, funding and expertise.
The day consisted of a variety of exhibition stands held by KSP tenants, suppliers, local authorities, the university, and a charity.
Attendees had the chance to dive into interactive workshops and talks held by university academics.
Sessions included captivating VR workshops, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships, funding, and a fascinating insight into the very latest in creative technology.
Connections sparked, contacts were exchanged, and collaborations were agreed.
