The Campus development at Cherrywood, South Dublin, is home to a blend of both indigenous and international life science innovation, including companies like APC, VLE Therapeutics, Zoetis and Genseq, as well as a range of MNCs, including Elavon, Dell and Aviva.

The Pioneer Group facility, nestled within this wider campus, caters for life science companies at the early stages of incubation and offers a range of specialist lab, office and collaboration spaces. The facility is currently home to 17 companies ranging from single-researcher organisations to teams of 30+ people. These start-ups and university spin-outs span across the human and planetary spectrum; we have team developing biotherapies, agri-tech solutions and medical devices – all on the one corridor.

Layout not quite working for you? With our in-house engineers, get the essentials like benching, data points and storage just right for your team and the way they work.

Individual benches can be rented out in our co-working shared laboratories on a month-to-month basis. Upgrade your membership to gain access to our CoLabs+ facilities and benefit from the use of multimillion-pound equipment at the drop of a hat.

Our coworking spaces are perfect to drop in, plugin and get a few quiet hours to yourself. It’s also a great space for guests to catch up on emails before heading to their next meeting.

By Car

Parking in the basement of Building 10 is available to visitors. After entering The Campus, when you reach the roundabout with the large steel sculpture, take the first exit, down the ramp to the parking zone beneath building 10. At the barriers press the reception buzzer to be granted access. Our parking bays are on the right hand side on the first row -marked ACN.
Enter the building through the basement door and into the lift lobby. Pioneer Group is located on Ground Floor.

Park and ride

With the Luas, M50, DART and N11 on its doorstep, The Campus ticks all the boxes for transport. You can park the car and hop on the Luas at Brides Glen or jump on the shuttle bus that travels through The Campus to the local DART station. Brides Glen Luas stop is a four-minute walk from Building 10.

By Bus

Plenty of local buses stop at the campus and the nearby N11, making it an ideal easy access location for those who don’t drive, or who want to enjoy a smooth journey in.

By Air

Dublin airport is a mere 35 minute drive via the M50 from Cherrywood Campus.

Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel (4.9km)

An 18th century 4 star luxury castle hotel located near the historic village of Dalkey and the coastal town of Dun Laoghaire & only minutes from Killiney Beach. This hotel has panoramic views over Dublin Bay and offers guests tranquility, breathtaking scenery and old world elegance, with plenty of dining options to suit a wide range of taste and style.
