What’s Coming

  • c.100,000 sq ft of flexible lab-enabled space
Designed to support companies from early-stage through to scale

  • Central Oxford location
Located on the corner of Magdalen Street in the heart of Oxford, within walking distance of the Bodleian Libraries, the city centre and Oxford’s historic Covered Market. The development is minutes from Oxford railway station, connecting it to London and beyond.

  • The Great Hall – Coworking, meetings and shared spaces
At the core of the building is a generous, double-height communal hall designed for connection and exchange. A place to work, meet, gather and pause, it brings people together for everything from informal coworking and shared lunches to talks, events and moments of collaboration.

  • The Science Gallery
A public-facing, ground floor space designed to make science and innovation visible and accessible. Hosting exhibitions, installations and engagement activity, it creates a direct connection between the work happening within the building and the wider community.

Supporting the Next Generation

Alongside the development, a STEM outreach programme will be delivered in partnership with Oxford City Council, creating opportunities for local schools to engage directly with science and innovation through The Science Gallery.

Part of a Wider Ecosystem

This development builds on Pioneer’s approach to creating connected, high-performing environments where science and technology businesses can thrive.
