Victoria House is a Grade II listed building in Bloomsbury, which houses modern, contemporary laboratories. A place where Life Sciences, laboratory space, technology entrepreneurs and academia, research, large pharma and venture finance come together and collaborate.

Victoria House’s flexible floorplans allow for bespoke fit-outs and flexible operations, from fitted and managed incubator space to CAT-A Laboratories. Start-ups and more established companies will all benefit from six air changes per hour and up to 65% CLR Laboratories.
